Scuffed Uno

Welcome to Scuffed Uno, the fun web-based version of the classic card game! In Scuffed Uno, your goal is to be the first player to get rid of all your cards by matching the color or number of the card played before yours. You can play with 2 to 4 players.

### How to Play:
1. Match Cards: Play a card that matches the color or number of the previous card.
2. Drawing Cards: If you can’t play a card, draw from the pile until you get a playable one.
3. UNO Button: When you have one card left, remember to hit the UNO button! Forgetting to do this means you’ll draw two penalty cards.

### Card Breakdown:
- Number Cards: There are 108 cards total, with 70% being number cards (0-9). Each color has 19 cards, including one zero and two of each number from 1-9.
  
- Action Cards: Add strategy to the game. Each color has two of:
  - Skip: The next player loses their turn.
  - Reverse: Changes the direction of play.
  - Draw Two: The next player draws two cards and misses their turn.

- Wild Cards: There are two types:
  - Wild: Choose the color to play.
  - Wild Draw 4: Declare a color and make the next player draw four cards.
